Los Ebanos is a census-designated place in Hidalgo County, Texas. The population was 335 at the 2010 United States Census. It is part of the McAllen–Edinburg–Mission Metropolitan Statistical Area. The city is named after the Texas Ebony that anchors the Los Ebanos Ferry.
